I have the opportunity to pick up a titled 81 Honda 200T Twinstar from a friend for $100. He thinks the engine seized, but he says it still has oil in the case. I haven’t looked at it to see if there’s compression, or if it really is seized. The bike is in over all pretty good condition, everything considered.
